I've always been a very active person. In college I was on both theVarsity tennis and fencing teams. However, when I finished college IStarted putting on weight due being physically inactive as well as from Stress. In college I was a Size 2 and 115lbs and I was now a size 8 and weighing 150lbs! I knew I need to lose weight to not only feel better about myself But also to remain healthy I signed up for membership at the gym but I wasn't sure what machines to use or how to use them properly. I started training with Robert in January, 2008. Robert helped motivate me to want to work out and work out HARD. I noticed after only a few weeks that I'd lost some weight and that my clothes were getting loose. I became more energized and wanted to train even more. Robert not only showed me how to use the machines but also what exercises I should do in order to target certain areas. He also had me keep a food journal, through which I realized I was making some really unhealthy choices. We discussed what types of food I should start eating and which I should stay away from, it wasn’t a tough diet, because I never once felt the urge to cheat and eat something really unhealthy. Now I don't even want those foods when they are offered to me. I have not yet reached my target goal of 120lbs... but I can wear size 4 and it feels great. Robert has helped me get this far and I feel the things he's taught me about exercising and fitness will help me maintain my goal and continue to live a healthy lifestyle!
