Fitness Classes
Cardio Kick boxing: Traditional kickboxing moves are performed continuously to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility and quickness. Burn maximum amounts of calories. Great way to shed pounds.
Total Body Conditioning: This workout uses weights and/or bodybars to promote muscular endurance, flexibility and body alignment.
Abdominals: Thirty minutes of conditioning exercises for the torso and abdominal area. Also may include lower back exercises for balance.
Sports Conditioning: This athletically-based class incorporates interval training and sports conditioning moves to enhance overall strength and aerobic conditioning.
Spinning: Try a challenging forty-five minute stationary cycling class that utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences.
Boxing (Noncontact): A circuit workout utilizing basic boxing techniques.
Group Exclusive classes
Small Group Training: Go small and get Big results. Private classes, reservation required.
Outdoor Team Training :
My eight-session Outdoor Team Training program features a combination of strength and cardio drills utilizing outdoor props. This fun and challenging workout is led by Robert who will keep you both pleading for mercy and begging for more.
Bootcamp Boxing:
Each exercise in this fast-paced workout uses multiple muscle groups, resulting in a more efficient and comprehensive overall workout. Learn techniques for basic punches and footwork using jump ropes, heavy bags and speed bags. Increase agility, endurance and coordination through practice drills.Fine-tune your current boxing skills and train in a high-intensity, accelerated, non-contact environment. Learn advanced punching and footwork drills that build strength, speed and power.
