I would like to thank everyone who supported me throughout my competition, training and diet. A special thanks goes to my friends and family who came to the event and gave me so much strength, it really meant alot to me, thank you all. Because of your  encouragement, I won 1st Place in the middleweight Novice division at the NaturalMania, All Natural bodybuilding competition on Saturday, September 22nd, 2007.

After an injury several years ago, where I suffered a collapsed lung and was not able to do 10 push ups. I knew that I had to get up and do something about it. I started exercising and researching everything I could in order to improve my physical state. As I continued to learn about how to strengthen, and improve so many aspects of my physique I realized that I had to show other people how to do it as well. This is what motivates me to continue to learn more about  Human anatomy, physiology, exercise and science. I strive to be the best of the best as not only a Personal Trainer and Group Instructor but at whatever I embark on.
