I am a fitness enthusiast with experience in various aspects of health & nutrition. I hold a degree in Occupational Therapy in which I assist those dealing with various disabilities in order for them to live to their fullest potential. My creative outlet is fitness, I am a Master Trainer at New York Sports Clubs, where I work with individuals one on one and teach group classes to those who would like to live a healthier lifestyle.

I have competed in All Natural Bodybuilding contests with the INBF and even came in first place at one competition. I specialize in weight loss, which is what the majority of my clients are striving for. This is my passion. This is what I love!
